There are 9 to 10 round trips per day between Hiroshima/Kure and Matsuyama on super jets and cruise ferries, taking 70 minutes by super jet and 160 minutes by cruise ferry. In August 2020, two newly built cruise ferries “SEA PASEO” went into service, and in October of the same year, the newly built high-speed ferry “SEA SPICA” began operating once a day between Hiroshima and Mihara. In addition, the only restaurant in the Chugoku and Shikoku area, Ginga, operates regular lunch and dinner cruises. There is also a route connecting Miyajima, Etajima and Kure by high-speed boat and ferry.

Two types of vessels, the Super Jet and the Cruise Ferry, operate between Hiroshima, Kure and Matsuyama, making 9 to 10 round trips per day, with the Super Jet taking 70 minutes and the Cruise Ferry 160 minutes.
